Dr. Richard M. Samuels is a licensed psychologist in Arizona and New Jersey with nearly five decades of experience in clinical and forensic psychology. He holds a Ph.D. in Biopsychology from the City University of New York (1973), an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University (1967), and a B.A. in Psychology from Hofstra (1965). He completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Human Sexuality at New Jersey Medical School (1974–1975).

Dr. Samuels is board-certified in multiple specialties, including Clinical Psychology (ABPP), Forensic Psychology (ABPS), and Forensic Medicine (AAFM). He has conducted more than 2,300 psychological evaluations, including approximately 850 psychosexual risk assessments and Sexually Violent Person (SVP) evaluations. His work includes court-ordered evaluations, competency and restoration assessments, and PTSD evaluations. He has testified in Arizona, New Jersey, New York, and other states.

In addition to forensic practice, Dr. Samuels has served on professional panels for the Arizona Supreme Court and county courts, and he is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. He has provided continuing education in forensic psychology, contributed to editorial boards, and authored columns in psychology and law publications. His experience includes independent practice, corporate leadership, and expert testimony in both civil and criminal matters.

Jennifer is a TBI survivor and passionate advocate for brain injury awareness, serving on the Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania and lobbying for patient rights. Retired Chief Petty Officer Latonya Perossier honorably served 32 years in the United States Navy, building a distinguished career in recruitment, training, mentorship, and leadership. A native of Bunkie, Louisiana, she has dedicated her life to service and to creating pathways for others to succeed. Throughout her military career, she inspired countless young men and women to pursue their dreams, guided by her personal mission to always “Pay It Forward.”
Latonya is a proud mother of two sons, Tyelin Robinson and Milton Robinson Jr., and a devoted grandmother lovingly known as “GiGi” to Makai Jordan and Jaxson Robinson. Her family remains the foundation of her strength and purpose, fueling her passion to lead by example and leave a legacy rooted in resilience, faith, and empowerment.

Dr. K Royal the reigning Classic Universe Woman titleholder, celebrated for her poise, authenticity, and commitment to empowering women. A passionate advocate, she serves as a National Ambassador for the Lupus Foundation of America along with other community service activities.  Her decades of service have been honored with a prestigious Lifetime Presidential Achievement Award for Volunteer Service. She also co-hosts the award-winning “Serious Privacy” podcast, bringing her signature warmth and insight to a global audience. She spends a lot of her time helping non-profits and educating kids and adults on the dangers of online activity and emerging tech.

She is also a prominent global compliance professional, privacy expert, and attorney with over 30 years of experience, specializing in healthcare and data protection law. Currently the Chief Privacy Officer at Crawford & Company and faculty associate at Arizona State University (ASU). K holds a PhD in Public Affairs and a JD, focusing on ethical compliance and risk management. She is also a recognized fellow and certified professional in privacy. K is a strong advocate for queens of all ages. 

Portia Louder is a writer, speaker, photographer and advocate and spent almost five years of her life in federal prison. Portia works with at-risk youth, and people struggling with addiction. She authored two books titled: Living Louder, a Compassionate Journey Through Federal Prison, and Born to be Brave: A Compassionate Journey Through Life.

Portia found the grit to climb out of some seemingly impossible situations, and describes those situations with deep affection. How do you fight despair and learn to meet the world with a loving heart? Portia teaches us those lessons discovered in federal prison.

Tracy Lynn Rodgers is the proud mother of two sons, Derrick and Damon, and two amazing daughter-in-law’s, Karleeand McKall.  She has 3 adorable grandchildren, Jaxx, Knoxx and Blair. Tracy has been a registered nurse for 36 years and specializes as a Legal Nurse Consultant and Wound Specialist, where she now provides expert witness testimony in wound care, elder abuse and nursing home cases.  Tracy also has a thriving business as a successful pageant coach of the Queenteam.  She focuses on platform development, social media, brand development, and walking. Tracy has coached numerous local, state, and national title holders over the past 10 years. 

In June of 2011, Tracy was the reigning Ms. Nevada United States when she was involved in a horrific car accident where she broke both arms and legs, her neck, back, and pelvis, as well as sustaining numerous other injuries. 5 years and 32 surgeries later, in September 2016, she returned to walk the national pageant stage, where she was crowned Ms. America International 2017.  Tracy’s platform, “Your Tomorrow Starts Today,” is a message of hope, inspiration, and perseverance, and reflects the message that no adverse event or circumstance gets to define you.  She continues to travel throughout the country, as a Keynote Speaker, sharing her platform.

Tracy enjoys being actively engaged in the pageant community, being the best Nana, board games and puzzles, cooking, public speaking and travel.  Her biggest flex is having a very supporting and loving family, and stellar friends, who have been by her side in all her endeavors.

Jamie Christyn is a writer, creator, and founder of Over The Top, a platform centered on intentional living, healing, and reclaiming self-worth after betrayal and loss. After navigating the unraveling of a long marriage, Jamie began sharing her story to help others untangle shame, rediscover clarity, and understand that someone else’s choices do not define their value.

Cindy Jensen is the co-founder, CEO, and principal of Journey Education, a nonprofit K-8 private school in Las Vegas that she founded in 2007 with her sister-in-law Becky Jensen. Cindy grew up in Las Vegas as the oldest of seven siblings, and watching her family’s different learning experiences inspired her lifelong passion for helping every child feel capable, confident, and successful in school.

For nearly two decades, Cindy has helped build Journey into a close-knit learning community known for small class sizes, individualized learning, and a strong focus on character development. Journey’s mission is to cultivate character, confidence, and compassion while helping students discover their unique strengths.

In addition to leading Journey, Cindy is also a yoga instructor and sound bath practitioner who believes mindfulness and emotional well-being are essential parts of both learning and life. She teaches through Yoga Haven, a nonprofit that brings free yoga and mindfulness programs to underserved communities, Title I schools, and trauma recovery organizations.

Through her work in education and wellness, Cindy is passionate about helping both children and adults reconnect with their strengths, build confidence, and live with intention.
