In this episode Tom Knight talks with Lisa Courtney about her work as both an administrator and an RSO advisor at a community college.  They talk about the importance of advisors and students building bridges with the administration and the community at large to bless the campus and reach more students.  They also talk about the importance of empowering students to lead, and being flexible to change schedules and locations for meetings as students rotate in and out of school.
