My sister Lisa was an important guest for me to have on this podcast. From smoking her first joint at 15 and having her first drink at 16, Lisa struggled with a drug and alcohol addiction until she was 37. She went to rehab and continues to work every day to live a sober life. She shares a lot about what she's learned about her disease, alcoholism, and even though it can be a heavy episode at times....we laugh. A. Lot!
