Our mothers are the foundations of our lives. Our relationships are complicated with them. All sorts of feelings emerge when we think of our mothers. Love, anger, appreciation, gratitude, shame are a handful of the feelings that can be connected to our relationships with our mothers.

Lisa Erspamer is here to talk about our mothers. She has written A Letter to My Mom and is the creator of A Letter to My… series. Lisa is also the president of Unleashed Media, a multimedia production company. Prior to heading out on her own, Lisa served as the chief creative officer of OWN and the co-executive producer at The Oprah Winfrey Show.
