On Tuesday April 14th, a first time speaker to the Pinellas County Board of Commissioners delivered an outline of an entire list of grievances against the commissioners as individuals, and as a governing body.  Let this list permeate how we move forward as a community towards reformation of how we are governed and who we are governed by.
