You may not realize, but there are high level athletes all around us. As Jen and Truta get into the Olympic spirit, we have found some of those people around KC. Today we talk to Scott Russell, a teacher in the Basehor-Lindwood area, who has set record in javelin throw and other track and field events from Canada to the University of Kansas. Scott talked with #TheShowKC about his time in #Beijing for the 2008 #Olympics, the training it takes to make the Olympics and what he is up to now.
