You begin life "listening" to your parents. Then you get to school and you "listen" to your teachers. Then you graduate and now it is time to "listen" to your employer. All through life we find ourselves "listening" to someone or something. But what about Jesus? How much time, energy, and space do we pour into "listening" to Him? How often do we ask the question, "I wonder what Jesus has to say about this?" Today as we celebrate the Transfiguration of Christ it gives us a moment to reflect on these words, "This is my Son, my Chosen One, Listen to Him!" May the Lord bless our time together.
