For 25 years, she was the picture of objective success, a partner at a global management consulting firm guiding Fortune 500 companies through business and team transformations. And then she embarked on her biggest transformation yet—her own. Roske stepped away from her corporate life and into an adult gap year in Mexico which she chronicled in her memoir, I'm Supposed to Be Doing This: An Adult Gap Year.
