We tend to listen to our brains, not our hearts. Perhaps it would be good to reverse this, since the heart contains infinitely more wisdom than the brain, and knows exactly what you want. You know that idea you've had for a while? Those articles you'd like to write? That business idea you have? That instrument you've always wanted to play? Maybe it would be good to act on it ;)
