OCTOBER 24, 2017 - Matt Wichlinski is the owner and operator of The Strength Shop, LLC. in Longwood Florida. He is a two-time All-American athlete, turned strength coach. Previously, Matt was the head strength & conditioning coach for the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL. He has been featured in Sports Illustrated and on ESPN for his talents on the gridiron and he has played football in America, Mexico, Finland, Germany and most recently in Poland for the Warsaw Eagles. Matt has written for several magazines including The Performance Menu, My Mad Methods Magazine, he is on the on the Underground Strength Coach expert panel, and much more.
