What if some of the battles we’re fighting aren’t primarily about what the enemy is doing—but about the choices we are making?

In Deuteronomy 30, God brings Israel to a crossroads. After clearly laying out the blessings of obedience and the consequences of rebellion, He places a choice before His people: life or death, blessing or curse.

And then He gives them the answer:

“Therefore choose life.” — Deuteronomy 30:19

Israel’s greatest battles were never external first. Again and again, the battle began with a decision—obedience or rebellion, alignment or compromise, surrender or self-will.
