Maria works at Java Hut, a small cafe in the heart of the city.

He loved it, but he had one small piece of feedback for Maria: he wished the drink was a bit hotter.

Maria appreciated his feedback and promised to make it hotter next time.

James was delighted with her response and became a loyal Java Hut customer.
