Hi, stranger.  It's been a while.  I was recently in for a medical test and it gave me time to reflect (don't we all need that every once in a while?). In doing so, I realized that there's a certain feeling that we probably hold inside - a feeling that if we shared it with others, could lead to better outcomes for everyone involved. 

Along the way, I decided to take a different approach to telling this story, and share something very personal with you that I haven't been able to express previously. I hope you appreciate it.
