LISTENER QUESTION: when child has a massive tantrum right before having to leave and there isn’t an option to just let the child have the tantrum, what do I do?

"When my son has a massive tantrum right before we HAVE to go somewhere and we don't have the option to just let him have the tantrum as long as he wants, what do we do about it?"
