Listening - A Meditative Practice

In this episode we discuss Listening as a Meditative practice. There is a call to action to complete one month of Listening Meditation with a week spent on each of the following four categories; Music, Ambiance, Speaker and Mind. Each meditation is to be done with eyes closed, sitting still, for between 20 minutes to and hour (set a timer) with full attention on Listening every day for one week each category.
