This meditation is an invitation to come home to yourself, to a place of steadiness, safety, and quiet presence beneath the noise of daily life.
Guided gently, you’ll be led into an inner landscape inspired by the forest: a space that asks nothing of you and doesn’t need you to change, fix, or improve. Here, you’re invited to listen rather than strive, to notice rather than solve.
This practice is especially supportive when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or caught in overthinking. It offers a sense of being held, by your breath, your body, and your own inner rhythm.
Return to this meditation whenever you need to feel grounded, centred, and at ease within yourself.

Journal Prompts - Listening Beneath the Noise Meditation
* What did my inner landscape feel like today?
(Notice sensations, images, or emotions — without analysing.)
* What helps me feel most at home within myself?
* What am I carrying right now that could be set down, even briefly?
* When I stop trying to fix or explain myself, what do I notice instead?
* What does safety feel like in my body, and how can I honour that more often?
(You can choose to use them all or just pick one or two.)
Why use these journal prompts?
Journal prompts can be incredibly helpful because they provide a structured way to explore your thoughts and feelings, encouraging deeper self-reflection and personal growth.
By guiding you to consider specific aspects of your experiences, journal prompts help you uncover insights and patterns that might otherwise remain hidden.
They can enhance your meditation practice by allowing you to process and internalise what you've learned, bringing a greater sense of mindfulness and self-awareness.
Through regular journaling, you create a valuable space for self-expression, clarity, and emotional healing, making it an essential tool for personal development and well-being.

“The journey is loving who you already are
You don’t need to become someone else.
You need to come home to yourself.
To that person you’ve always been.
To the parts you hid to be accepted.
You are not a project.
You are already enough.”
