Listening Prayer - 1 Peter 2

Welcome to the Listening Prayer podcast. This podcast is the recording of a weekly Listening Prayer session. It is a group of ordinary people listening to an extraordinary God. Each week we have a set format: <ol><li>Open in Prayer</li><li>Read through the passage of scripture we focus on for that week</li><li>Listen to a worship Song</li><li>We then take 20 minutes in silence to listen to what is on God's heart from the passage and generally there is a question to ask God about in relation to the passage.</li><li>Then each one shares what God spoke to them about as a result of the Listening Prayer time. This is a rich time as we hear the voice of God in community and we generally get a consensus as to what God is saying to us as a whole.</li><li>We close in prayer.</li></ol> Each week we email out the scripture for the week and the question to ask God.
