If we are to have a good relationship with someone – a relationship that is loving and personal, then speaking is essential. It’s the same with being a Christian. Because
being a Christian is not like other religions. Just a set of rules to follow. Christianity is about having a real and living relationship with God through his Son Jesus. For that relationship to work, communication is essential. God will need to speak to us. We’ll need to listen, to take it heart and to respond. We do that through listening to God's breathed out word - the Bible.
