In this episode we hear from the deeply compassionate and long practiced Kim Isaak. She has been a spiritual director for years, and also teaches others how to listen to their bodies with Jesus as their companion. Kim completed intensive training in Inner Relationship Focusing which is a non-invasive way to befriend thoughts, feelings and emotions held in the body.
In this episode, we learn about processes to help us pause and attend to our needs, thoughts and feelings.
We hear about how this is in alignment with the mission and ministry of Jesus.
We move through an example of an Inner Relationship focusing session- hoping that this might encourage honesty and authentic processing of each of our own emotions.
Together, we move through a meditation focused on connecting into a space with Jesus- and lovingly welcome any emotions or feelings that may arise in the process.
Come along if you are longing to be honest about your emotions and ways to more deeply process and love ourselves the way Jesus does.
