In this episode, Patty talks with Katie, the Founder & CEO of the recently launched MindBodySoulMarket.com, an online marketplace with products, classes, and services from exceptional vendors to empower the collective on their wellness & spiritual journeys. As a retail tech expert with 2 decades of experience at a Fortune 100 retailer, she has learned career success and a picture-perfect life doesn’t always translate into a thriving soul.  

Today, Katie shares when her life a few years ago looked perfect and pretty from the outside, but inside it was all falling apart, and how that was a start to her spiritual journey. She talks about her corporate career and the realization that she did not want to stay there, trapped in a small box. Katie recalls how she continued her job while starting MindBodySoulMarket and what led to her decision to eventually leave employment to be a full-time entrepreneur. 

Like all of us, Katie has had moments when she shut herself down and asked “Who am I to do this big, glorious thing?” yet she learned to be in a space where she now trusts her inner voice 99% of the time. 

This episode is a lesson on trusting your intuition, living with integrity, and not letting ourselves get in our own way.
