Episode 2 of our 3 part series. When you have built a safe environment in the classroom and a good relationship with students they may come to you with a problem or ask for advice. Roger and Brad will be discussing how to listen to students who confide in you. As educators, it is important to listen to students but also know when to direct the student so someone in with more training. How do you get someone else involved and help the student to continue to feel supported? They will give some suggestions on maintaining your boundary as the classroom instructor.
