For most of my life I’ve tried to control everything with my mind. Those of you who know me, know it is very strong and I am forever grateful for that.

However, trying to control our reality with our mind is like trying to control the waves of an ocean. Pointless, futile and destine for trouble. 

Enter Jo several years back, who has taught me soooooo much about life that these jumbled up letters into words will never ever do it justice (and this podcast is just the shell of an egg). 

Just know that she helped open every single part of my being into a better direction and the gifts she offers are worth more than all the pennies, in all the money boxes, multiplied by all the grains of sand on this unbelievably beautiful planet.
