Listening to understand is one of those things that everyone knows to do but few actually apply this simple principle. I am guilty of not following this principle, more than I would like to admit. However, over time I have been able to apply the skill of listening and reap the benefits, which we will discuss later in the podcast. So, the big question is really, what does it actually mean for one to “listen to understand”?
