Episode 6 really resonated with me, I felt like this message was meant for one (or more!) of you out there....

When was the last time you really and truly listened to your body and what it needs? We all lead such fast-paced lives, we seldom have time to stop and breathe let alone check in with our bodies and our minds. Week after week, month after month (or longer) we just keep going. Our bodies are constantly talking to us, giving us signals, but when we are too busy, we don't hear these. 

Instead of reaching for that next coffee, maybe you are tired and need rest. You don't need to work harder; you need better inspiration to feel motivated. Maybe instead of sugar your body is low on vitamins. 

Instead of trying to fill the hole, take a pause and be present. This way you can listen to what your body really needs.
