To awake our self-healing power it's necessary to pay attention to our body

This meditation may work as a preventive medicine. It help us to understand what is happening and therefore find assertive resources. Maybe we're are in poor health, we are going in or out a surgery or just for the pleasure of attending our bodies, this meditation will help us to maintain a constant internal communication. In times of illness, I recommend this once a day. For better results, 3 consecutive days will help.

Patience and practice is the key.

Also, please consult with your physician if you have physical problems or your psychologist is your emotional situation persist.
