1. What to put on: Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, patiece, graciousness and good deeds.

2. Put on hospitality, helping those in trouble and devoting yourself to good deeds.

3. Remind yourself...suffering, trouble, pressure, affliction and hardship produce paience and endurance. Endurance produces maturity , character and hope.
