Compare with America, patients with depression in China has disadvantaged conditions now. The number of patients with depression in China is increasing in these years. In China, patients do not get enough attention from the society. Medical treatment on depression mainly is based on western medicines system but not Chinese herbology. Also, there are still many misunderstandings in the public opinions towards depression in China. Therefore, Chinese government should notice it and take related measures to deal with this condition.
