Good morning, everyone!
Welcome to my second post in this community!
As I said in my first post, this video is not in the format requested by the community, for which I apologize in advance. At the time, it only occurred to me to make a short video of the performance of a fantastic Ukrainian folk music and dance group. I don't like photographing and filming performances that I see live from “one end to the other”. I think we end up not experiencing the unique opportunity of having the artist performing in front of us... And it's precisely for us, and being distracted by looking at a cell phone screen or camera greatly reduces our experience, intensity and pleasure at all levels.
In the last of the songs that this group performed to an audience of around 35 people, in which I was included, a well-known song, and one that was linked to the beginning of the resistance of the Ukrainian people and armed forces against the brutal and inhumane attack by the Russian Federation, was “й у лузі червона калина” / “Oy u luzi chervona kalyna”, or as they say in English Oh, the red ash of the mountain in the lake.
This song has the ability to make me completely ecstatic! It immediately reminded me of the version in which Andriy Khlyvnyuk, lead singer of the famous Ukrainian band Boombox (Бумбокс) (last.fm link) left his US tour to immediately join his country's defense forces!
A video became well known in which this singer sang the traditional song, and then more voices joined in chorus with him... Fantastic!
I'll leave you with the initial video made by the artist, and then the most popular versions, including one that I only got to know this week with an artist that my goddaughter really likes - David Scott - also known as The Kiffness.

Tal como tinha dito na minha primeira publicação, este vídeo não está no formato que é pedido pela comunidade, facto pelo qual eu peço desde já as minhas desculpas. Na altura, só me ocorreu fazer um pequeno vídeo da actuação de um fantástico grupo Ucraniano de música e danças folclóricas. Não gosto de estar a fotografar e a filmar as actuação que eu vejo ao vivo de "uma ponta à outra". Penso que acabamos por não estar a viver naquele momento uma oportunidade única de termos perante nós o artista a actuar... E justamente para nós, e estarmos distraídos a olhar para uma tela de telemóvel ou câmara, reduz em muito a nossa vivência, intensidade e prazer em todos os níveis.
Na última das músicas que este grupo apresentou para uma plateia de aproximadamente 35 pessoas, no qual eu estava incluído, uma música bastante conhecida, e que ficou vinculada ao início da resistência do povo e das forças armadas Ucranianas contra o ataque brutal e desumano da Federação Russa foi a "й у лузі червона калина" / "Oy u luzi chervona kalyna", ou como se diz em Português Oh, a cinza vermelha da montanha no lago.
Esta canção tem a capacidade de me deixar completamente em êxtase! Lembrou-me imediatamente da versão que Andriy Khlyvnyuk, vocalista da famosa banda ucraniana Boombox (Бумбокс) (last.fm link) deixou de lado a sua tourné aos EUA para imediatamente se juntar as forças de defesa do seu país!
Um vídeo tornou-se bastante conhecido onde esse cantor, entoava a canção tradicional, e que depois foram juntando outras mais vozes em coro com ele... Fantástico!
