Have you ever experienced judging others, getting upset with others as if they owe you something? What if this projection is a reflection of you. Yes, YOU!!!! They are here to serve you to help you to unveil the parts of you that seek healing/acknowledgment.

What is sparking you to take that next step? Are you seeking worth, confidence, acceptance, connection? Why are you showing up in the way that your showing up? Is it to be seen, acknowledged, worthy, attention or recognition?

What makes you tick? Why do you allow others to get under your skin? Whats that trigger really all about?

How are you defining your failures? Failures are just stepping stones in your learning. You are actually building your failures into your successes. What better way to learn. We tend to look at mistakes as proof of unworthiness or stupidity. Yet it is in the mistakes that we get to see what works and what is needed to make the improvements necessary.

This has been a time in my life that has called forth, inclusion and connection. No longer seeking to exclude the parts of me that aren't as positive that I have called "negative". This connection to ALL parts of me allows love to flow in those spaces that warrant them the most. Allowing this space to be acknowledged as an "untaped" space connected in love.

We have a part of us that is really seeking to be acknowledged. The parts of us hiding, hurting, and falling into a darkness that warrants a shimmer of light. We are the ones we have been seeking. In our silent, quiet-filled space, we are seeking ourselves.
