Little Britain is having a wonderful summer. A government in chaos, ministers resigning by the dozen, then yet another Tory party leadership contest as the queues of traffic stretch for miles from England’s ports in the sweltering heat.  Needless to say – us Brits are split down the middle on whose to blame for all of this.
