Our story begins in Awnbridge, where singer Adira Byrd is rising to fame. Her new career comes with many obstacles, but the biggest is keeping a dark secret from hitting the news. Oliver Brooks is a reporter coming to interview her for his article, and when their eyes meet, they realize that old feelings die hard. Will these childhood friends reconcile after a messy fallout? Or, will their insecurities drive them apart again?
