There are some people in this world who believe that to transform their lives it takes a great deal of effort and it can depending on how much you change at one time.
This is proven every year on Jan 1st where people decide that they want to do 5 different new years resolutions and then by jan 10th they are down to hoping to actually keep one of them.
How many of you have felt like this before? I know I have, but when I incorporated little changes = big transformations into my life, everything began to shift. I wasn't worried about making huge changes all at once, I wanted to make small lasting changes and get them into my subconscious by way of a habit and then move on to the next.
Often we want our new life right away but I am convinced from my experience that when you make little changes your life will transform huge.
