Empathetic Emma can't understand why her little brother Max is getting so frustrated all the time until her mom helps her see that Max is getting older and has ideas of his own that he wants Emma to acknowledge.  Emma comes up with a plan that allows Max's creativity to come alive and gives her a new perspective on little siblings.
