She has educated and trained in leadership for over 20 years and spent the past 12 years coaching professionals to advance in their careers and the workplace. Dr. Abby is also the Principal Scientist at EQMatch focusing on emotional intelligence assessment and the Vice President of the National Association of Asian American Professionals – Tampa chapter. Dr. Abby and her husband Mark have raised their three children: Taylor, Christopher, and Ryan in the Tampa Bay area, where they are leaders in the Filipino-American community.
