As persons respond to their callings from God, she seeks to foster the development of good relationships between the clergy and the laity so that they can make disciples of Jesus Christ in community. The gift of these online gatherings such as "Living into My Yes," encourages individuals to go through the call journey with clarity, community, and covenant. She strengthens multi-generational leadership in hybrid contexts that nurture congregational teams to create their digital footprints.
