Happy New Year's Eve! 

As we round up 2025, moving into 2026, I'd like to talk about how we can choose ourselves by respecting ourselves first. 

Many times, I hear things like, I feel unappreciated, that my spouse or family don't respect me. So rather than choosing ourselves, we pour every ounce of energy into others, hoping that they would notice. But when we don't even respect ourselves, how are others going to respect us? So let's choose ourselves, starting with respecting ourselves.
