Capstone Community Action has a number of programs to empower individuals in Central Vermont with the tools and resources to move beyond poverty. As Capstone launches its annual Fuel Your Neighbors Campaign, we’ll broadcast live from their offices in Barre and learn about the organization’s Food Shelf, the Community Kitchen Academy, the Emergency Fuel Program, Community Support Services, the weatherization and climate impact program and community economic development.
