Welcome to our first live episode. On Saturday, Oct 5 we hosted a live episode at the Lakefront Marathon Expo. I was joined by an awesome panel of Lakefront marathon runners. We had a great conversation about training blocks, race strategy, marathon preparation and more. Plus, we ended with our Cream City Pacers' rapid-fire questions.
