For this week’s episode, we had the pleasure of recording live at the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits Annual Conference, which was held in Duluth on September 21, 2023.  We start the episode discussing the role of nonprofits in supporting trans rights and then interview Jess Braverman, Legal Director for Gender Justice. We journey through the complex intersection of culture, legality, and individual identity. We also delve into the law, discussing the impact of Supreme Court decisions on state-level anti-discrimination laws and gender in the court room.
