We asked and you delivered. You made our camping trip possible through your generous donations and we decided to repay you by doing a live show at the second location; the woods. Cryptozoology is the topic we chose to scare us to death. Dana, a born and raised Jersey girl, shares the bizarre story of the Jersey Devil. Was Benjamin Franklin the troll responsible for this monster? Nydia tells us about the Puerto Rican roots of the Chupacabra. She lived through its emergence and shares some first hand accounts. Cindy shares some listener camping stories that will crack you up.
For dinner this week, Dana the “expert” camper took up cooking. She cooked some pizzas over the campfire. They were amazing considering they were campfire pizza. For dessert, she threw together a campfire peach cobbler that made even the picky Nydia lick her fingers. Cindy, delighted us with morning after breakfast burritos, also cooked over the campfire. The wine this week was a glamper’s must have; Essentially Geared Rosé canned wine.
