Tony and Steve take a trip to Virginia Beach for the retirement party of a mutual friend.  They reflect on the marine retirement ceremony which was inspiring and enlightening.  Unfortunately the ceremony occurred at the exact time as a mass shooting about 6 miles away.  

Also in this episode, the fishing trip that wasn't and Tony's interaction with a woman who was calling the police on a black man in Harlem.
