Live in the Core Group -- Seek Ye First The Kingdom Of God To support this ministry: www.ToddCoconato.com/give Website: www.PastorTodd.org “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” 1. It Aligns Us with God's Priorities When we seek the Kingdom first, we’re aligning our hearts with God’s will, purposes, and timing. It shifts us from self-centered living to God-centered living. Matthew 6:10 (NKJV): “Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” 2. It Brings Divine Provision God promises that if we put Him first, “all these things”—our needs—will be taken care of. We don’t chase blessings—they follow Kingdom seekers. Philippians 4:19 (NKJV): “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” 3. It Produces Peace in a Chaotic World Seeking the Kingdom replaces worry with worship. Instead of striving in anxiety, we rest in His reign. Isaiah 26:3 (NKJV): “You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.” 4. It Cultivates Righteous Living When we seek His righteousness, we pursue right standing with God. This leads to a life of holiness, integrity, and transformation. Romans 14:17 (NKJV): “For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.” 5. It Protects Us from Idolatry Putting God first keeps us from idolizing money, people, influence, or material things. It helps us worship the Creator, not creation. Exodus 20:3 (NKJV): “You shall have no other gods before Me.” 6. It Releases Kingdom Authority When we walk under God’s rule, we walk in His authority and power. We become effective ambassadors for Christ on the earth. Luke 10:19 (NKJV): “Behold, I give you the authority... over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” 7. It Builds Eternal Perspective Seeking God’s Kingdom reminds us that this world is temporary. It helps us store up treasures in heaven, not just on earth. Colossians 3:2 (NKJV): “Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth.” 8. It Invites Divine Order into Your Life Putting the Kingdom first sets everything else in its proper place. Our relationships, decisions, finances, and time all come into divine alignment. Proverbs 3:6 (NKJV): “In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” 9. It Demonstrates Trust and Surrender Seeking the Kingdom is a daily act of trust. It says, “God, I believe Your way is better than mine.” This pleases His heart. Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV): “But without faith it is impossible to please Him...” 10. It Positions You for Purpose God reveals your identity and calling as you seek His Kingdom. True purpose is found not in chasing dreams, but in pursuing the King and His Kingdom. Jeremiah 29:13 (NKJV): “And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”
