Frequency is the rate at which energy vibrates, which is measured in hertz (Hz) and Vibration is the amplitude, or intensity, of energy.

So the higher the frequency, the higher its energy, the higher the vibration, the more powerful the energy.

Your thoughts create your emotions, and your emotions emit a frequency that's either HIGH vibing or LOW vibing, and the higher the frequency, the more powerful they are.

Energy, frequency and vibration are all around us, and when we learn to use them, we can create anything we desire!
