Rejection can cut deep—especially when you’ve done nothing wrong. Regardless of one's level of fitness, sickness can still attack one's health. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management. These healthy habits can help the body fight off sickness and stay well. A healthy lifestyle also includes getting enough sleep, maintaining a healthy weight, and not smoking. Also, it includes Jesus Christ the source and your creator. Let's talk about my process and what God told me especially being a women. May this episode encourage and provoke you in your process.

I know there are times when we go for the free resources that are available. However, sometimes we can become so used to getting things for free that we start to abuse them.
