Tonight we have singer and comedian Farideh with us for one of our best girls night yet!

I found Farideh on TikTok a few months back with her “better things to do than go on a diet” song, one of her many songs on being a mother and being a woman. 

I loved hearing Farideh’s thoughts on motherhood and that nagging constant desire to improve. We talk about raising confident children, and on why she started writing these songs in the first place - with a really great point, why aren’t there any songs on motherhood?
