As I lay here in bed looking up at the ceiling, it's 4:20 in the morning & my daughter is hella sick. We've spent the past hour going back & forth with her hunched over a toilet in agony as I hold her hair back. And it hit me...

No anxiety. No stress. No worry. No calling out of work or asking permission to stay home with my sick kid.

No pressure of any kind. Just ease in knowing that I get to show up for her without any of the stress that comes with using paid time off or sick days.

So listen in to grab some little nuggets of wisdom & hear me reflect on how drastic life has changed since 2019, my final line in the sand moment when I got fired from my job just a week before Thanksgiving.
