Here we are with another episode of my show, where I dive deep with incredible personalities on LinkedIn to uncover their stories, passions, and why they love this platform.
This week's guest is the amazing Angela Cox, founder of Paseda360. Angela is a dynamic coach and entrepreneur who’s all about breaking rules to create a coaching method that genuinely transforms lives.
From the get-go, Angela’s infectious energy set the tone. She started off with a cheerful note, dancing away to the opening theme tune! It was a perfect introduction to her personality – vibrant, passionate, and unapologetically authentic.

Angela Cox is on a mission to help people escape pretending, people pleasing, and perfectionism, and be brilliant by being themselves. Angela is a multi-award-winning master executive coach, 2x best-selling author, podcast host of The Mindset Mentor Meets Podcast, and founder of Paseda360, a revolutionary coaching method and training academy.
After a career in senior and executive transformation and strategy roles in large corporations, she left the rat race and set up her own coaching practice in 2018.
Angela is an Association for Coaching Master Coach & Fellow with more than 6000 coaching hours under her belt. She holds an Executive Coaching Diploma from Cambridge University and a PG Cert in the Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health. She is an accredited psychotherapist, NLP Master, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and an accredited Havening Techniques Practitioner.
A proud empath, Angela blends backbone with a huge amount of heart. She left a six-figure career and built a six-figure business the very same year, all from using social media. You can too, when you get out of your own way.
Career Transition: Left Corporate and set up as a coach. And then set up Paseda360. I have created a method that breaks all the coaching rules and now teach other coaches how to use this method. I show people how to stop pretending and be brilliant by being themselves.
Mission and Vision: I’m driven to drag coaching out of the 1980s and make it fit for the world we live in. I want to help coaches find freedom, flexibility, and financial reward by teaching them a method that changes lives. Our training programmes elevate coaches and our Coach Club supports them beyond this. We won the Start-up Award in 2023 and Business UK Training Provider of the Year.
