Hendersonville police say 19-year-old Matthew Moklak was taken into custody on June 20 following an investigation. Police say he's charged with 20 counts of especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, one count of solicitation of a minor, and one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child.
