I’m sure many of you can agree, it is so easy to have compassion for others but, when it comes to ourselves, it's a challenge. In this episode, I'm going to share with you some information I've learned about self-compassion as well as share three things self compassion is not.  I hope from listening you are inspired to practice this and grow in loving and caring for yourself.
