The most difficult thing to do for some is to relinquish all control and say “Lord, not my will, but your will be done in my life.” How many times have you heard people say that they don’t want anything that God doesn’t have for them, but what if the very thing that he has for you is the most unexpected thing. It challenges your understanding, your perspective, and maybe even your faith. It can also allow you to experience a freedom that you never knew you needed all because you decided to accept the unexpected. Relationships of any kind are difficult, but needed.  Why?  Because we were created to LIVE in and DO relationships!  We were created for relational interactions and community.  What God originally used in relationships to bless us, we can often view as a burden.  However, we cannot live life in disconnection because of our own misconceptions, negative experiences, and relational trauma.  You cannot do purpose alone or it truly isn't purpose!
